Dr.Anil Fernandes,the yoga instructor emphasized the importance of yoga in promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. He led the students through a comprehensive session. The yoga module included warm-up exercises, basic asanas, pranayama (breathing techniques), and a short session on meditation and mindfulness. Mr. Jai Jagadish led an engaging yoga session for Air Wing cadets from our school. Students from all the participating wings performed the asanas with enthusiasm and discipline.
