1. Assembly & World Environment Day

Inaugural School Assembly and World Environment Day Celebration
On 10 June 2024, our school held its inaugural assembly along with the World Environment Day celebration. The program was a harmonious blend of tradition and environmental consciousness, setting a positive tone for the new academic year. The assembly commenced with the hoisting of the school flag, followed by a serene prayer session for a successful academic year ahead. The principal introduced the new members of the teaching staff highlighting their unique strengths they bring to the institution. the principal also addressed the assembly, emphasizing the importance of education, discipline, and the collective responsibility towards the environment. The Members of the Eco Club presented an engaging enactment to illustrate the significance of World Environment Day. Through skit and dialogues, they highlighted the pressing environmental issues and the role each individual can play to overcome them. To symbolize the commitment to environmental conservation, the Principal, the Vice Principal and the Eco -club co-ordinator along with a student representative planted a sapling. This act served as a reminder of the school's dedication to nurturing nature and fostering a green environment. The program concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks to all who contributed their share towards the success of the inaugural assembly

2. ECO CLUB WEEK

Eco Club observed a week long cleanliness drive from 12 August to 20 August 2024. The office bearers of the club were installed in the inaugural assembly. The Principal also pinned badges for the club members.

The school corridors were displayed with placards on cleanliness. Each day, the students were assigned an activity to follow. The following activities were followed. Day 1: Switching off the lights and fans during break time

Students enthusiastically participated in the given activities..
To conclude, the Eco Club presented a video on how the cleanliness was maintained in all classes and also about not wasting food.

3. Agrae visit

Agro Tour to Anekal
On 11th December 2024 the Eco Club of our school organized an informative and educational agro tour to Anekal. A total of 50 students participated in this enriching experience aimed at providing practical exposure to agricultural and allied practices. We were joined by our Principal Rev. Fr. Cyril Menezes, Vice Principal Mrs. Savita, and Mr. Munishame Gowda.
This session provided insights on tissue culture of plants, process of cultivating and maintaining rose plants, various stages of silkworm rearing and mushroom cultivation.
The students were fascinated by the scientific techniques used to propagate plants under well monitored conditions.
This agro-educational tour was truly an enlightening experience for them. It not only enhanced their knowledge of agricultural techniques but also sparked curiosity about sustainable farming practices. Co-ordinator
