Parent Orientation Programme and PTM
A Parent Orientation Programme for the parents of 10th-grade students took place on September 14, 2024, at the SJIHS auditorium, aimed at strengthening collaboration between parents and teachers. The event began with a prayer led by Mrs. Reshma, who welcomed attendees and introduced the speaker, Mr. Srinivas.
Mr. Srinivas delivered an engaging talk on positive parenting, highlighting the importance of a supportive home environment. He shared practical tips on effective communication and fostering resilience in children, which parents found valuable and encouraging.
The session also focused on strategies for preparing students for their upcoming board exams. Following Mr. Srinivas' talk, Principal Rev. Fr. Cyril Menezes discussed the school's rules and emphasized the significance of discipline and mutual respect. The event concluded with a Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM), where parents and teachers discussed students' progress and addressed any concerns.
