St. Joseph's Indian High School, Bangalore, hosted a 10-day Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC) conducted by the 1 KAR Naval Unit. The camp was designed to enhance leadership skills, discipline, teamwork, and physical fitness among cadets, while instilling a strong sense of civic responsibility. Each day began with rigorous physical training, including aerobics, drills, and endurance exercises, followed by theory sessions on leadership, teamwork, and naval history, providing a balanced mix of practical and theoretical learning. Evenings were dedicated to cultural events, where cadets showcased their talents through music, dance, and drama, further fostering camaraderie and team spirit. By the camp’s end, cadets had improved their naval skills, leadership qualities, and fitness levels, and built meaningful connections with their peers. Despite minor adjustments due to weather, the camp was a success, with the dedication of instructors and staff creating a safe and enriching experience for all participants.
