Celebrating Talent and Diversity: Prerana Kalanjali 2024-25
Prerana, our annual intra-mural fest, proudly marked its silver jubilee this year. Since its inception in 1999, Prerana has provided students with a vibrant platform to showcase their talents beyond academics. This year, we themed the event as Kalanjali, which translates to "Offering of Art," symbolizing the celebration of diverse talents as a tribute to artistic expression.
The fest, consisting of 33 exciting events, was a colorful display of creativity and talent. Students engaged in activities ranging from painting and music to dance and science model making. The event, inaugurated by distinguished guests including Mr. Anand Rao, actor Mr. Somanth, Rev. Fr. Cyril Menezes (Headmaster), and Rev. Fr. Joseph Dsouza (Rector), began with morning and afternoon sessions filled with enthusiastic participation.
The fest concluded with a memorable valedictory ceremony, featuring a mesmerizing Bharatnatyam performance by Chief Guest Mrs. Chitra Nayak. She encouraged students to appreciate the support of their parents and teachers. The event closed with a sense of pride and accomplishment, embodying the spirit of creativity and community.
Let the legacy of Prerana continue, fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment for all students.
