The Student Council Orientation Programme was held on July 20, 2024, with Rev. Fr. Arvind Royce SJ as the resource person. Key leadership topics included the differences between a leader and a manager, the pros and cons of leadership, the wise use of council powers, and the darker traits of leadership. Emphasis was placed on balancing friendships with leadership responsibilities. Leaders were guided on humility, efficiency, and sincerity in their roles. The session concluded with the insightful quote: "Listen to your elders not because they are always right but because they have experience in being wrong."
