Admission Guidelines

Dear Parents and Students,

Admissions to 8th and 9th standards in our institution for the Academic Year 2026–27 are now open and will remain open until all available seats are filled. Eligible and interested candidates are requested to carefully read and follow the admission procedure outlined below.

Admission Procedure

1. Online Application

• Candidates must submit the online application form through the official website of the institution.

• All details provided in the application must be accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect applications are liable to be rejected.

2. Entrance Examination

    • The Entrance Examination will be conducted on:
    • Date: Saturday, February 28, 2026
    • Time: 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

    • Only candidates who have successfully submitted the online application will be permitted to appear for the entrance test.

3. Provisional Shortlisting

    • Based on the performance in the entrance examination, eligible candidates will be provisionally shortlisted for the interview round.

    • Shortlisting does not guarantee admission and is subject to further evaluation.

4. Interview with Parent

    • Shortlisted candidates must attend the interview as per the scheduled date and time communicated by the institution.

    • The student must be accompanied by at least one parent for the interview.

5. Interview and Assessment

    • During the interview, the student’s academic readiness, attitude, and overall suitability will be assessed.

    • The decision of the Admission Committee will be final and binding.

6. Issue of Admit Slip

    • Candidates who are found eligible after the interview will be issued an Admit Slip on the same day, indicating provisional selection.

7. Admission Confirmation

    • Admission will be confirmed only after:
    o Submission of all required documents, and Payment of the prescribed fees within the stipulated time.

    • Failure to complete the admission formalities within the given timeframe will result in forfeiture of the seat, which will be offered to the next eligible candidate.

Important Notes

• Admissions are granted strictly on merit and availability of seats.

• The institution reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.

• Once seats are filled, no further applications will be entertained.
