Honouring Leadership: NCC Cadets Welcome New Commanding Officer Captain Manikandan Nambiar
Captain Manikandan Nambiar, the newly appointed NCC Commanding Officer of the 1 Kar Naval Unit, visited St. Joseph's Indian High School On August 28, 2024. The NCC Naval Wing cadets extended a Guard of Honour and a formal welcome salute to Captain Nambiar, reflecting the respect and discipline instilled in them. The ceremony highlighted the cadets' dedication to the core values of the NCC. Following the formalities, Captain Nambiar met with Principal Fr. Cyril Menezes and engaged with the cadets. He underscored the significance of discipline, leadership, and service, urging the cadets to actively engage in NCC activities. The visit proved to be a source of inspiration, motivating the cadets with his emphasis on becoming responsible citizens through NCC
