Innovating the Future: St. Joseph’s Science Club Gears Up for INSPIRE Award MANAK National Science Exhibition
Every year, the Science Club at St. Joseph’s Indian High School proudly participates in the prestigious INSPIRE Award MANAK national science exhibition competition. The INSPIRE (Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research) scheme, a flagship initiative by the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, aims to encourage creativity and innovative thinking among students in classes 6 to 10. This year, we are thrilled to announce that five of our students have been nominated for the competition. They are:
A Mohan Sarathy (10F) - With his innovative idea for a smart bridge to safeguard people from floods.
Sri Charan D S (10C) - Proposing a method to extract water from air or wind.
Vishal K (10B) - Developing a safe manhole system.
Neil Jones Monteiro (10F) - Creating a hydropower vehicle utilizing electrolysis from car wheel rotation.
Vivek Vijaykumar (8E) - Working on transformer protection.
